When you are interested in
proceeding, we will order you an
appraisal through CHIP Home
Income Plan. This will determine
exactly how much you qualify
for. The cost for an appraisal
ranges from $200 - $350
depending on where you live.

Once we receive the
appraisal, Jamie or Darlene will
call you or meet in person to
set-up your application. We will
need the following to set-up
your application:

CHIP Home Income Plan
requires all legal documentation
to be signed in front of a
lawyer. If you don’t have a
legal advisor, Jamie or Darlene
will be happy to introduce you
to one in your area that is
familiar with reverse mortgages.

After you have signed
everything with a lawyer, your
funds are deposited directly
into your bank account. |
